“RFB – Roof Repair – Town of Amboy Municipal Building”

The Town of Amboy is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the removal and replacement of the roof at the Town Hall Municipal Building, located at 822 NYS Route 69, Williamstown, NY 13493.

A mandatory site visit will be held on a TBD date with the bidder at the Town Hall.
All interested bidders must:
Be registered with the New York State Department of Labor (NYS DOL).
Comply with New York State Labor Law, including payment of prevailing wages as determined by the NYS DOL for public work projects.
Provide proof of appropriate insurance coverage, including liability and workers’ compensation.
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roofing work.
Sealed bids must be received by May 30th, 2025, at: 5pm.
